Roads

One moment you have a road. The next minute its gone. This photo is taken between Cordova and LapuLapu City. The mess covers about 50 meters of the road. It stops all traffic. There is a nice bakery store opposite, and I would suppose its annoying to them, but nothing happens.
If you ask, they will say, no budget, but it would take 10 healthy men a day to repair the road.
I am sorry, I dont understand it.

June 2009: Finally the road is fixed. Its now nice for a bike ride.
