This is good

Is there really nothing good to say about the traffic in the Philippines?
Oh yes, there is.
People seem to be very friendly. They dont show the f***finger, and normally they don't shout that you are a dirty old mother*****.
They use the horn constantly. Sometimes I think its just a bad habit, sometimes  its to say they are on their way, but normally its a friendly gesture.
I have  a plan: One day when I am in a taxi I will tell the driver, that I will give him 100 Php extra as a bonus. But every time he uses the horn, no matter for what reason, I will deduct 10 Php :-)
