I am still exercising. Maybe I will never again ride my bike across the USA or from Nordkapp to Gibraltar, but I am still here.

Its now May 2008 and I am in LapuLapu City, Philippines, where I usually ride my bike every day. As long as I am in a good mood, I will try to make some kind of diary here
